Terms and Conditions of Sale – Fralupaia.it

1. General information
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the sale of products through the website www.fralupaia.it (hereinafter, the “Website”), managed by Azienda Agricola Fralupaia Eredi Gini Piero & C s.s., with registered office in Vinci, Via Cerretana 53 (Fi), email: vendite@fralupaia.it (hereinafter, the “Seller”)..

Products Offered
The products offered for sale are wines produced by Azienda Agricola Fralupaia. The main characteristics of the products are indicated in the specific product sheet on the Website. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the product exactly.

3. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is confirmed.

4. Purchase procedure
To place an order, the user must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and follow the guided procedure to submit the order. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the user’s order confirmation.

5. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods indicated on the Website, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is required before products are shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery
The Seller ships products in Italy and to the countries listed on the Website. Delivery times are provided as a mere indication and may vary depending on product availability and the destination.

7. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without being required to provide reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written communication must be sent to vendite@fralupaia.it. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, net of shipping and return costs.

8. Complaints and Warranties
Complaints may be sent via email to vendite@fralupaia.it. The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for under the Consumer Code.

9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for any disruptions due to force majeure or third parties.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract is governed by Italian law. Civil disputes arising from this contract are regulated under the mandatory territorial jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.

11. Changes to the Terms and conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the understanding that orders will be subject to the terms in force at the time the order is placed.
